Dr. Freedom也編了個衡鑑工具
將性格中的症狀依DSM分為九型.
他說可以直接授權給我使用...
八十個題目,花半個小時就可以進一步了解自己呢!!

當然最好是可以不用到這些工具就能認識自己.

每個人,如果都能當自己身體跟心理的醫生,此生的功課也就修到盡頭囉.

因為他說他對刀子有種莫名恐懼...所以請他研究一下自己的心路歷程.
(順便強化一下格友的英文程度囉)

Knives have been daily tools and weapon ever since it was crafted. It has a long history of being used as the most efficient killing weapon throughout different ages. After a long history of being used as a weapon, knives are now being related to death, blood, and pain.
Not only has history reminded us that knives are dangerous, furthermore, ever since we came to an age of understanding our parents has always made a big deal out of the danger of knives. I can still hear my mother yelling at me for not holding the knife right. The fear of not using the knife right has been established inside of me ever since the age of 5. That installed fear inside of me still exists and that forces me to use any sort of sharp blades carefully.
The existed fear was then broadened by the global media. Movies and news always emphasize on blood oozing out of the body after a cut with flesh and bones showing. Those kinds of scenes make me want to puke.
It works like simple conditioning; I was conditioned by my parents to relate those gruesome scenes from movies to using a knife. Deep inside my mind, whenever I pick up a knife, scenes of surgeries and pain would automatically show up; therefore, causing the fear.
