上回電話洽詢後似乎石沉大海,沒想到前天收到了一封電郵,算是有了初步的進展吧,特別貼出來肯定自己一下.
Dear Mr Lin,(明明姓Ko硬被改為跟媽媽姓,難道他們也知道我小時候的故事?)
we have consulted the case with our manager and were informed that the payment can be only reissued to a credit card when the bank cheque expires, which will be 6 months after the issuing date 25/03/2009. Still, if you receive the bank cheque, you can have it paid in your bank.
